A. Architecture (including MEP, HVAC , Interiors, Landscaping)
- Furnish a site and associated infrastructure evaluation and analysis report
- End to end planning and design including:
- Master planning
- Conceptual design
- Schematic design
- Detailed design
- Working/construction drawings
- BoQs and cost estimates for construction assistance in selection of contractor
- Visit the site of work and provide periodic supervision as and when necessary
- On completion of the work, prepare and submit set of as built drawing of the buildings and services
