- Short-list and recommend vendors based on prescribed parameters with ratings
- Assist client in vendor negotiations and finalization of procurement terms
- Oversee tracking, installation, and commissioning of major assets
- Oversee and monitor the training of staff on major equipment operations (training conducted by equipment vendors) at time intervals decided by Technecon
